Purchase (Import) Operation Process of Chinese Products
Purchaser: Entrusts the agent with the business of selecting and purchasing the products and of market investigation and research.
Company concerned (Agent): Informs the Purchaser of the result of market investigation and research (price, delivery time, goodwill and etc.)
Purchaser: Pays in advance for the cost of sample and its airfreight charge or ocean freight charge when requests for supplying the sample.
Company concerned (Agent): Purchases and ships the sample.
Purchaser: Signs the contract and places the order after negotiation about the sample.
Company concerned (Agent): Manufactures and purchases the products, and negotiates about the business of import, customs clearance (minimum 6 days and maximum 10 days), OEM manufacture, unit price and delivery time.
Payment Terms of the Order
1. Pays 30% of the order amount in cash by L/C or by T/T, when signing the contract.
2. Pays the rest 70% of the order amount after the manufacture’s completion and when shipment.
